Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges, COD charges, and return shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

• After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
